Clause 1

General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User", "Member") and makmak24 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). By accessing, registering or using any part of the makmak24 platform, you hereby accept, agree to and are legally bound by all terms detailed in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use after any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

makmak24 operates under a valid international licence. The platform offers a range of games across the categories of slots, live casino, sports betting, 4D lottery and crash games for the enjoyment of registered members.

Clause 2

Registration and Account

Every individual who wishes to use makmak24's services is required to register a valid user account. The following information is required during the registration process:

• Full name as stated on your MyKad or a valid identity document
• Active identity card number (MyKad)
• An active and reachable email address
• A registered Malaysian mobile phone number
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or above

Each user is only allowed to hold one (1) registered account. Owning multiple accounts, whether using the same or different information, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts along with forfeiture of the balances held within them.

Users are fully responsible for ensuring that their login credentials — username and password — are kept secure and not shared with any other party. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered your own action.

makmak24 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including during the withdrawal process. Documents that may be required include a copy of your MyKad or proof of the payment method used.

Clause 3

Deposits and Withdrawals

The makmak24 platform supports a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods suitable for Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, as well as cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

The basic conditions for financial transactions on this platform are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per transaction, covering all available payment methods
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal transaction
• Withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour after the request has been verified
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a payment method registered in the same user's name
• Funds deposited for betting purposes are non-refundable except in very limited circumstances at makmak24's discretion

makmak24 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers. If a deposit transaction is not credited within a reasonable time, please contact our customer service with the relevant proof of payment.

Clause 4

Bonuses and Promotions

The makmak24 welcome bonus offers a 120% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value before any withdrawal from bonus funds is permitted.

Calculation examples for reference:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM120 → balance RM220 → wagering requirement: RM120 × 15 = RM1,800
• Deposit RM2,600 → bonus RM1,500 → balance RM4,100 → wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500

General terms that apply to all bonuses and promotions on the makmak24 platform:

• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only funds generated from fulfilling the wagering requirement may be withdrawn
• makmak24 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice
• Misuse of promotions, including low-risk betting intended solely to fulfil wagering requirements, may result in cancellation of the bonus
• Other promotions such as VIP cashback and new member incentives are also subject to specific terms stated at the time the promotion is launched

User Responsibilities

As a makmak24 user, you agree to comply with all of the following responsibilities when using this platform:

• Ensure that all information provided to makmak24 is true, accurate and up to date at all times
• Not use the platform for any illegal activity, fraud or anything that contravenes applicable laws
• Not use automated software, bots or any technological tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Not engage in any form of money laundering or suspicious financial transactions through this platform
• Report any bugs or technical vulnerabilities to makmak24 and not exploit them
• Comply with the minimum age requirement of 21 years and above

Failure to comply with any of the above responsibilities may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension, permanent account closure and legal prosecution where necessary.

Clause 6

Privacy and Data Security

makmak24 handles users' personal data in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to the makmak24 Privacy Policy.

We use appropriate data protection measures, including SSL encryption, to keep your account information and financial data secure. Personal data is only shared with third parties where necessary for payment processing and regulatory compliance purposes.

Clause 7

Account Suspension and Closure

makmak24 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions
• Inaccurate or false registration information
• Fraudulent activity, game manipulation or misuse of the platform
• Suspected money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Use of multiple accounts or account sharing
• The user's own request to close their account

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, makmak24 reserves the right to retain any balance in that account as compensation for losses or damages incurred. Accounts closed at the user's request will be processed within a reasonable period after all outstanding wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

Clause 8

Liability Limit

The makmak24 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the service runs smoothly and securely, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or downtime.

makmak24 is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from betting activity on this platform
• Transaction delays or failures caused by third parties
• Service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control
• Use of your account by an unauthorised third party as a result of security negligence on the part of the user

makmak24's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Amendments to Terms

makmak24 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. The latest version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available on this page with the update date clearly marked.

For material amendments that significantly affect user rights, we will endeavour to notify users via email or in-platform notification. However, it remains the user's responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Continued use of the makmak24 platform after amendments take effect will be considered full acceptance of the amended terms.

Clause 10

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of licensed online gambling under the international licence held by makmak24.

Should any dispute arise between a user and makmak24, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by the licensing authority.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision will be reinterpreted or set aside to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of this agreement will continue in full force and effect.
